General FAQ’s:        

ESS/ Onboarding: 

                   

I. How do I Login to ESS Portal? 

                   

You can login to the ESS portal Using below link. 

                   

https://rd.randstad.in/webapp/Account/Login.aspx 


If User id and password is not available then you can send raise query in helpdesk link: https://employeehelpdesk.randstad.in/.

                    

II. Where will I find my user id and password? 

                   

User id and password will be available in the appointment letter which is already auto- triggered in your mail box. 

                   

III. How can I change/update my Bank account details? 

                   

To update/Change the bank a/c employee please raise a query in helpdesk link: https://employeehelpdesk.randstad.in/ with valid bank proof where Bank Name, Employee Name in bank proof should be as per AADHAAR card, Bank A/c No, & IFS code is clear. It can be Bank passbook front page or a Cancelled cheque leaf or online bank statement proof 

                   

IV. How can I update my PAN on ESS Portal? 

                   

You can raise query in helpdesk link: https://employeehelpdesk.randstad.in/  with proof to update the same in Randstad portal.

I. Where can I find my Depute id and Employee Code? 

                   

User id will be the Deputee ID and employee id can be found in your appointment letter or in payslips 

                   

II. How can I refer my friend for a job in Randstad?


Candidates who are looking for the job openings can send resume to referrals@randstad.in and upload the resume by reaching www.ranstad.in 


III. How do I complain about Misconduct?                    


To complain about misconduct employee can raise query in helpdesk link: https://employeehelpdesk.randstad.in/  with all necessary details. 




Salary and Full & Final Settlement:                    


I. When will I get my Full and FinalSettlement? 

                   

After completing all the Exit formalities & as per the client policies in which you have deputed the FNF will be processed. If the Full & Final settlement is not processed even after 45 days of your exit, please raise a query in helpdesk link: https://employeehelpdesk.randstad.in/
